Injection lipolysis, also known as PPC, is a treatment that helps eliminate fat deposits from areas where they are very difficult to reduce through diet and exercise alone. This method can be used on almost any area with excess fat — including the double chin, cheeks, neck, inner and outer thighs, buttocks, arms, upper and lower abdomen, and back.
Procedure
The treatment is performed under local anesthesia. The doctor injects the active substances directly into the fat layer using a fine needle. This mixture contains a natural compound derived from soybeans — Phosphatidylcholine (PPC). The injected substance gradually breaks down fat, which is then naturally removed from the body through the metabolic waste system.
For optimal results, the treatment should be repeated several times, at least 2–4 sessions. The effect continues to improve over the following days as the destroyed fat cells are gradually eliminated.

Aftercare
No hospitalization or recovery period is required after the treatment. Mild redness or bruising may appear at the injection site, and the skin may be slightly sensitive, but these effects subside within a few days. It is recommended to increase fluid intake to help the body eliminate waste substances.
Details about the procedure
The active substance is painlessly injected into the problem area, where it takes care of everything important. The substance is specifically formulated to chemically break down fat cells, which then disintegrate and are naturally flushed out of the body through the lymphatic system. The procedure itself takes approximately 30 minutes and is preceded by 30–60 minutes of local anesthesia.

Increase your water intake. It is recommended to undergo a lipomassage or lymphatic massage 1–2 days before the treatment — since the lymphatic system plays a key role in this procedure, it needs to be properly stimulated.
After the procedure it is absolutely essential to wear compression garments or a mask for at least one week. It’s also important to continue drinking plenty of fluids and supporting lymphatic activity.

Injection lipolysis is suitable for any time of year, but due to the need for compression of the treated area, it is not recommended in summer. For double chin treatment, a compression mask must be worn, so we recommend scheduling the procedure before a few days off.
